EDUCATION //

Diede finished her Music Theatre education in Tilburg, The Netherlands in 2018. This was after a 4 year study at the MusicAllFactory where she was coached by leading educators in the Dutch Musical Landscape (Ingrid Zeegers, Edward Hoepelman, Andre v. Hest, Ezra van Nassauw, Annerieke Groen and Agaath Verspeten).

After finishing the masterclass 'A Way of Singing' (2019) she moved to London where she was coached by Mary Hammond & Alison Guill.

 

THEATRE EXPERIENCE //

With her strong presence she has been granted many powerful leading roles such as:

  • Velma Kelly - Chicago

  • The Witch - Big Fish (Dutch Premiere)

  • Elisabeth - Young Frankenstein

  • Frau Windish/Frau Wolf - Elisabeth

She was part of the ensemble in a.o. Pippin, Blood Brothers. 
 

Besides the bigger musical productions, you might have seen her at the 'Cafe Theater Festival', in 'Reintje de Opera' (2021), 'A Love Story' (2023), or have seen her one-woman-shows 'Beladen Bedoening'(2017) or 'Typisch Mens' (2019). 

 

SINGER//

Diede is a lead Vocalist in the coverband Funk This since 2021. Doing approx. 20-30 performances per year.
Besides this she sings in diverse gigs: from dinner-shows, weddings, party's or receptions. 

But is also experienced in studio work as a backing singer or vocalist for DJ's.

VOICE-OVER//

Her voice can be described as warm, engaging, versatile and confident. Her experience as a skilled actor and also directing voice-overs, makes her easy to work with in the studio. 

​
